* Boxer

* Chow Chow

* Dalmation

* Doberman

* Great Dane

* Mastiff

* Pitt Bull

* Rottweiler

* Stafford Bull Terrier

* Saint Bernard

* Somoyed

* German shepherd

* Alaska Malamute

* Husky

Dogs must be one year old and a photo of your pet must be taken prior to move in.

Security deposit is increased by $750 for cats and $1,200 for dogs and is due prior to move in.

All "mixed/mutt" breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed mix. Unfortunately, Park Newport does not accept any mixed/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds.

Cats are welcome in select units and town homes.

Accepted dogs are welcome in town homes only.

Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered.
